Minor Tweaks to Tiny GM

Hello everyone! 

I've made some minor tweaks to the Tiny GM document, both the Word file and the pdf. 

Specifically, the exploration tables have been a bit reorganized, so there is now an Indoor Area and an Outdoor Area table, making it a little more obvious what that Region table was for. I also changed a couple of the columns of the Outdoor Area/Region table. And one column on the Paths table was changed, since it was a bit confusing generating contents for Paths separately.
