Tiny 2d6 Updated Health Rules

Hello again!

I've taken my own advice and made the health rules for Tiny 2d6 much simpler. I've also tweaked some of the language to make a few other rules easier to understand and add some clarity.

Lastly, there were very minor tweaks to the Factions table in Tiny GM.
