Table Tweaks

I've made some minor tweaks to the Wilderness/Biome table, and some bigger changes to the Abilities/Powers tables. They used to be the same table, but are now separated into mundane and supernatural abilities. I also changed the names of the skills from actual skill names to something more like roles or classes.
